For all other international orders:

The Warming Store has partnered with a trusted third-party company, FedEx Cross-borders, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will see a FedEx pop-up, which is SSL secure. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. When we receive your order, we will ship to a FedEx Cross-border facility and it will then be sent overseas from there. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to FedEx crossborder_consumer@ftn.fedex.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from The Warming Store. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order or track your package, the customer receives a customized link that follows their package to the FedEx distribution center in Saddle Brook, NJ then to their location.
